Who operates Pinpoint Teams

Pinpoint Teams and the consumer Pinpoint service are separate products operated by FortuneTech Labs LLC. This policy applies only to Pinpoint Teams.

Information we collect

• Account information such as name, email address, company membership, role, and authentication identifiers.
• Work activity such as duty status, shifts, visit check-ins, notes, proof photos, and app version information.
• Precise location while a driver has an active shift, including latitude, longitude, time, heading, and speed.
• Technical information needed to operate the service, including push tokens, reliability diagnostics, and security records.

Background location

• Pinpoint Teams collects location data to keep the live fleet map updated during an active shift, even when the driver app is closed or not in use.
• Location sharing begins only after the driver starts a shift and stops when the shift ends.
• On-duty location is visible only to authorized members of the driver's company workspace. It is not used for advertising or sold to third parties.

How we use information

• Provide live fleet visibility, shift and visit records, proof of work, and customer activity to authorized company users.
• Operate authentication, team access, maps, notifications, storage, security, support, and product reliability.

Your company’s role

• The company that creates or manages a workspace controls who may join it and how work information is used within that company.
• Companies are responsible for providing workplace notices, obtaining any consent required by law, and using employee or contractor location and activity data lawfully. Users may contact their company about workplace access or policies.

Service providers and sharing

• We use service providers for hosting, authentication, databases, file storage, maps, push notifications, email, and app distribution.
• We do not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed when required by law or needed to protect the service and its users.

Retention and deletion

• Information is retained while needed to provide the company workspace and for legitimate security, legal, backup, and operational purposes.
• Users and authorized company owners may request account or workspace deletion through our data-deletion page.

Children

• Pinpoint Teams is a business service intended for adults and is not directed to children.
