Request deletion of your Pinpoint Teams data
Drivers, managers, and company owners can request deletion of account or company workspace data.
How to request deletion
- 1. Email support@pinpointapp.me from the address used with Pinpoint Teams.
- 2. Include your company name and state whether you want to delete your user account or the full company workspace.
- 3. We will verify the request before deleting data, especially when it affects other team members.
Data covered by a request
Account records, company membership, driver presence, shift history, visit notes, proof photos, customer records, and invitations may be deleted when applicable.
Limited retention
Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, abuse-prevention, audit, backup, or operational purposes. Backup copies are removed through normal retention cycles.
